[Visitor] I work for a large healthcare corporation who is breaking the law, when I reported it to the corporate VP, I was taken off the corporate payroll, and made an employee of the very hospital I was reporting. I never applied for a position at the hospital. I have kept my rate of pay, some benefits have changed a little.

Visitor] I continue to report compliance concerns to my hospital supervisor, who relates that the hospital has their own way of doing things, and has threatened me not to go to corporate and report my concerns. I am a coding specialist for the hospital, and because I refuse to finalize and bill out cases, against corporate policy, contract coding personnel have been brought in to finalize the cases that do not have proper documentation, breaking the compliance policy, and in some cases the law. In essence, work is being taken from me and given to someone else who is willing to sidestep the rules. I have plenty of evidence, and another person who is going through the same scenario. We also have taken time off when we worked for corporate under ADA. This hospital is one of the most profitable in the corporation, and has been operating outside of regulatory compliance for years, and they know that I know. At this point, they are slowly but surely trying to get rid of me, by taking my work, and causing much stress regarding not knowing if I will have work each day, ( I work remotely from home) how much, and if my job will be eliminated. There is much more to this story, I feel I have a strong whistleblower suit, and am searching for an attorney in that arena as well or possibly just settle some kind of a severance agreement and allow them to self-report all the information I have gathered.
